Noel Gallagher turned down Olympics invitation

Noel Gallagher claims he turned down an invitation to perform at the Olympics closing ceremony because he was asked to mime.

Instead, Wonderwall which was written by Noel ended up being performed by his brother Liam, who he's had a major falling out with.

He's also revealed he had to approve the version by Liam's band Beady Eye. 

Noel says he made them wait before he gave their re-recording the thumbs-up.
