The European Affairs Minister says she's confident Ireland will return to the bond markets next year.
Lucinda Creighton's comments come after Ireland successfully borrowed from the markets in a bond auction yesterday, at an interest rate of around six per cent.
Minister Creighton says this is the first positive sign of recovery.
